I had an amazing stay at a resort by the lake. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping center and right on the ocean. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the lake. the bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed dining at the Western restaurant, the food was exquisite.
That there was limited entertainment available in the evenings, as there weren't many shops or restaurants nearby.

The position and the private beach.
Everything (even some usually standard services) requir payment (e.g. the ball to play in the swimmingpool). The personnel do not speak english at all: it is very hard to have your requests accomplished. The Buffet dinner provides awful food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free. The room was incredibly spacious, with two balconies offering stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The hotel staff were friendly and prompt in accommodating our requests, such as providing fresh towels. The swimming pool was huge and well-maintained, and there was ample space for everyone. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including both Chinese and Western food. The hotel's location was perfect, with direct access to a clean and less crowded beach. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location on the beach, and friendly staff made my stay memorable.
Everything is what I need and want.

Well, I like the location of the hotel, the view from balcony (on green mountain and a small nice lake) But the first reason made me stay at Unevirsal resort is their reasonable price The room is clean, big, nice bathroom too I also liked their room service menu
Almost no one can speak english The service is not as good as 5 stars hotel

Had a great New Year's stay in a beautiful location. the pool area was really clean and towels were provided. Plus, the breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge variety of delicious food to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering some helpful tips for exploring the area. Perfectly located close to the beach and shops.
The room decor was a bit outdated and could use some updating, including the bathrooms. communication with staff was a bit difficult due to language barriers, but they tried their best to make it work.

The comfort of the room, the view to the lake, the food and service, towels and chairs on the beach
The few of staff could speak English, I had to spend time on waiting until I will be understood. You can't sweem in the sea before 8.

A very nice view from the window and from the balcony. The large and nice room. A clean beach with necessary facilities. Nice and helping staff. 2-3 people could speak English at a level from acceptable to good. One person could speak relatively good Russian. Good breakfasts. Nice hotel building and lobby. Value/Price. There is a nice lake near the hotel.
The hotel's territory around the building is small and not that interesting. The pool is rather small and simple. There were no big central lamp in the room so it wasn't bright in the room after sunset. The lamp that could be used for the table was also rather dim. You have to cross a road to get to the beach. The hotel could have provided free tourist maps in the lobby like the one nearby.

The hotel here is a luxurious oasis. Service was impeccable and the exclusive amenities such as the Health club and Outdoor dining area provided an exceptional experience. the Ballroom was perfect for our event and the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area offered delicious cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere.
this hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive experience that is definitely worth the price.

Located near the beach and local dining options. The pool was clean and refreshing. Room had a nice view of a lake.
Terrible service from the front desk. Hardly anyone spoke English, which was incredibly frustrating.
